In our efforts to continually deliver an exceptional level of healing mobile massage therapy throughout the Dallas, TX Metroplex and essential oil aromatherapy wellness products Nationwide, please observe the following massage policies, all natural aromatherapy product policies, and massage gift card policies. 

Scheduling Mobile Massage Appointments
All mobile massage appointments within the Dallas, TX Metroplex & DFW area can be scheduled via phone or requested online. A credit card number is required at time of scheduling to ensure each licensed massage therapist is reserved. Visit our Mobile Massage Appointments page to schedule.

Canceling Mobile Massage Appointments
If an appointment needs to be canceled, you can certainly do so within 48 hours of scheduled time, at no charge. If an appointment is canceled after 24 hours of scheduled time, 50% of the total amount will be charged. If an appointment is canceled within 1 hour of scheduled time, the full amount will be charged.

Requesting Mobile Massage Events & Parties
We offer various mobile massage opportunities for events, bridal parties, employee appreciation, girls night out, and much more. To inquire and request information & pricing for an upcoming mobile massage at work, party or event, please call us directly at 214-901-7010. A credit card is also required and will be charged at time of scheduling.

Canceling Mobile Massage Events & Parties
If a reserved event or party needs to be canceled, you can certainly do so within 72 hours of scheduled time, for a full refund less a $20 servicing fee. If an event or party is canceled within 48 hours of scheduled time, 50% of the total amount will be refunded, less a $20 servicing fee. If an event or party is canceled within 24 hours of scheduled time, an additional $20 servicing fee will be charged. 

Mobile Massage Gift Cards & Refunds
Please call us directly at 214-901-7010 to personalize & purchase your massage Gift Cards. Once purchased, the gift card can be sent via email or packaged & delivered via mail. All Renewing Wellness gift cards are also good for up to 12 months from purchase date.
Gift card recipients can schedule their mobile massage appointments within the Dallas, TX Metroplex and DFW area by calling us directly during our massage appointment hours, Monday, Thursday, Friday 4:00 pm - 9:00 pm, and Tuesday, Wednesday 11:00 am - 9:00 pm CST. We do not issue refunds for gift cards purchased and are not responsible for damaged, lost, stolen, or expired gift cards.

Aromatherapy Product Purchases & Refunds
All of our all natural & aromatherapy products can be purchased online, 24/7, and are available nationwide. If you do receive an incorrect item, due to our error, we are happy to issue a full refund within 30 days of order received. If an order arrives damaged in any way, we are also happy to issue a full refund within 30 days of order received. Simply email us directly at support@renewingwellness.net to receive a 'return label' and 'shipping instructions'. When emailing, please also provide the purchase email notification number, as this will allow us to get the shipping information out to you sooner.
